Pause cut before and after: 69 down to 36 seconds
Above is the finished cut, below the raw clip it came from. Eddi, my AI employee for video editing, made the cut.
Eddi cut out the pauses without an editing app: cutting with auto-editor and ffmpeg, checking with Whisper. 69 seconds became 36.
The first version of this clip had black frames. Since my complaint, every encode also gets a black-frame check; the comparison of two transcripts after every cut was already in place before. The second version passed both checks.

For weeks I have been using just one key on my keyboard, and as a Windows user you can now do the same. The tool is called OpenLess and it is open source. Since I started using it, similar to Wispr Flow or VoiceInk, I no longer type anything on the keyboard. I just talk to my AI agents or I dictate the email. The tool polishes the text. Done. It has sped up my workflow a lot and I would not want to be without it. Since then I have become not only extremely lazy but also extremely fast. If you want the tool, comment Voice and I will send you the link.
