My AI employee
Frieda sorts your inbox into four piles and leaves you draft replies. Nothing gets sent until you've read it.
Frieda runs in my own business and is also available as a ready-made AI employee package in the Claude Practitioners community, for hiring her in your own business.
Frieda is a downloadable AI employee who sorts the inbox into four piles (Now, Today, Can wait, Trash) plus a fifth pile for cases that need my judgment. On top of that she delivers meeting briefings, pre-sorts receipts, and writes a weekly report. She has never sent anything on her own: every reply stays a draft until I approve it.
A real workday
Numbers from the course's practice example, not from my own inbox: in lesson 5, a course participant has Frieda triage a morning with 25 emails.
25
Emails that morning
2
Handle right away
5
Ready-made draft replies
Of the 25 emails in the course example, two need handling right away (a client with a scheduling problem, an inquiry for a first consultation), five are due today with drafted replies already written, twelve can wait, five go to trash, and one case Frieda doesn't sort on her own but hands back for the participant's judgment. These numbers come from the course's practice example, not from my own inbox.
The closing lesson 13 goes a step further and describes a vacation test: a measurement log with three daily figures, minutes spent in office mode, the number of drafts approved unchanged, and the number of times the participant had to step in. The course's target picture, turning 90 minutes into 15, is explicitly labeled a hypothesis there, not a measured value. I can't yet show my own vacation test from my own business at this point.
The tools she works with
Frieda has her own course in my community with 13 lessons that shows exactly this chain:
- Inbox access via official connectors for Gmail or Microsoft 365, no plaintext passwords.
- Staged reading as a working principle: metadata first, sender, subject and preview, full text only for emails that actually need a reply.
- Four-pile sorting (Now, Today, Can wait, Trash) plus a fifth pile for anything that needs my judgment.
- Meeting briefings ahead of calendar entries and a pre-sort for receipts, plus a weekly report as an overview.
What she can't do, where I approve
- "I never send on my own, I leave you drafts." Per the course instructions, Frieda can technically only read and draft, not send.
- Sensitive folders are off-limits: personal matters, job applications, health, and legal disputes, the instructions say she doesn't touch them, not even to sort them.
- Receipts are a waystation for her, not an archive: statutory retention and immutability live in the accounting tool, not in the receipts folder.
- No tax advice: Frieda pre-sorts receipts, she doesn't book them and makes no tax judgment about an invoice.
The path: build it yourself or load the template
Standard: build it yourself
The entry point is my learning path: Learning Claude, then the process for hiring an employee, then the actual build. What's special about Frieda is a context interview instead of a simple profile, staged reading as a fixed privacy principle from the start, and inbox access exclusively through official connectors for Gmail or Microsoft 365.
Premium: ready-made template
Frieda is a ready-made package in the community: Standard ($9 a month) means building it yourself, Premium ($45 a month) means loading the tested template and adapting it. As of September 19, 2026, prices in US dollars per Skool.
Frequently asked questions about Frieda
Can an AI really sort my inbox?
Yes, for pre-sorting: Frieda first reads only sender, subject and preview, and puts every email into one of four piles, Now, Today, Can wait, Trash, plus a fifth pile for cases that need human judgment. Nothing gets sent or deleted on its own, that stays with me.
Can AI answer emails automatically?
It can draft replies, not send them automatically. For emails in the Today pile, Frieda writes a ready draft reply that I read, edit or send as is. Per the course instructions, nothing is sent automatically, that's built in as a fixed limit.
Is there an AI secretary?
As a fully trained AI employee, yes: Frieda takes on the classic secretarial tasks, inbox, meeting briefings, and receipt pre-sorting. She isn't a standalone piece of software but a setup built from Claude, fixed rules, and an inbox connection that you rebuild yourself from a course or load as a template.
Does this also work with Outlook?
Yes, per the course the inbox connection runs through official connectors for Gmail or Microsoft 365, Outlook included. It needs no separate email client and no plaintext passwords, the connection runs through the provider's own official interface.
What does AI do for office organization?
With Frieda, three things: sorting the inbox into piles and drafting replies, briefing meetings ahead of the calendar entry, and pre-sorting receipts before they go into the accounting tool. Archiving, booking, and tax questions stay deliberately out of scope, she isn't built for that.
