Who runs the community
I’m Kevin, developer and IT architect. I have written technical books on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructures, I speak at conferences, and for more than ten years I have looked after the systems of companies, from family businesses to large corporations.
For the past 1.5 years I haven’t written a single line of code myself. My business runs on an AI workforce of eight employees: content, receipts, client projects. Everything I show in the community runs here in my daily work first.

What is Claude Practitioners?
Claude Practitioners is my community about AI employees with Claude. Members get over 250 lessons, weekly live calls and eight ready-made employee packages to load. The goal: you hire your first AI employee and manage it, instead of writing new prompts for every task.
Do I need programming skills?
No. Your first AI employee is created directly in the Claude app: you load a ready-made package, hold an onboarding conversation, and your employee asks on its own what it needs to know about your business. Without a single line of code.
How quickly will I have a first result?
You hold the first work result in your hands after about an hour. After 30 days the job runs repeatably, which I call the permanent position. If you keep going, you have a small AI team after 90 days.
Which AI is used?
Claude by Anthropic. You start in the Claude app and expand via Claude Code once your employee should connect to your systems and files.
Which tasks can an AI employee take over?
Anything with a repeatable process: preparing proposals and invoices, sorting your inbox, matching receipts, analyzing calls, drafting content, researching ads, finding and qualifying leads, or building website drafts. Final approval always stays with you.
