The strongest part isn't the count, it's the cross-check: Ralf and my lead scout Olaf review each other's work. In the first cross-check, Ralf found errors in 4 of 10 briefings; the same rule applies in reverse to his own results: a colleague's finding is a suggestion, not an automatic fix. Nothing goes live before Ralf checks it once more against the live site himself.
His own course and my community post about him name the same three real mistakes that shaped his current checks: a complete price list hidden inside an auto-play slider that nearly got lost in the first build; a file named "logo.png" that turned out to be a club crest, not the company logo; and a navigation built on anchor jumps instead of real subpages that nearly made pages unreachable during a redesign. Each of these is now a check in his process: build, screenshots, click-through test, before anything goes live.
The tools he works with
His own course shows the same chain that runs for me:
- Node.js and Next.js for the actual build.
- Playwright for screenshots of the old site and for his own verification click-through before launch.
- For me, launch runs on my own Kubernetes cluster; the community course deliberately shows the free path via Vercel for a self-build.
What he can't do, where I approve
- He invents no services, prices or reviews. Everything comes from the old website or the briefing; anything missing is flagged as a placeholder.
- Without source material he doesn't build. If the old address is dead, he keeps searching himself; if he finds nothing, he asks.
- He fully prepares a demo rollout. Going live is my approval, never his own call.

Entry point is Learning Claude, then the process for hiring an employee. The core isn't "AI builds a website", it's the inventory beforehand: Ralf keeps every piece of content from the old site, which is why the result doesn't look like a generic template.
