My AI workforce
Fourteen employees, one human. And the human is the only one without a personnel file.
Every one of my AI employees starts out as a folder: a personnel file with a task and its limits, a rulebook that applies to everyone, and an inbox for handovers to colleagues. Fourteen of them work in my business today, thirteen have their own page below with real work results. What stays with me: giving the assignment, approving the result, and deciding what goes live. As of September 2026.

Order and status match my own internal team overview. "Package" means: there is a published template in the community you can load. "Not yet a package" means: the role runs in my real business, but there is no finished course for it yet.
| Name | Job | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Anton | Sales: drafts proposals as a PDF and, once a deal is confirmed, creates the contact, quote and invoice as a draft in the accounting tool. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Frieda | Office inbox: sorts incoming mail into four stacks and drafts replies; nothing goes out unchecked. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Gustav | Call analysis: listens through sales and consulting calls once and distills recurring questions into a pattern register, with no reference to individuals. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Susi | Content marketing and Meta Ads for the community business: research, ad drafts, reporting. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Conny | Content editor in chief: drafts reels, hooks and captions for Kevin's Instagram channel, checked against the house rules. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Eddi | Videographer and editor: cuts reels from Kevin's raw footage, adds subtitles and overlays, technically checks every result. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Olaf | Lead scout: finds local businesses with an outdated website and delivers a rated list with a briefing. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Ralf | Website optimizer: turns an old site into a modern one-page website on his own, live as a demo on request. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Sonja | Office and assistance: prepares new-client emails and keeps the inbox in order; nothing is sent without approval. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Sebastian | SEO and AI search: measures websites with tools instead of opinions, writes prioritized action plans and re-measures. | runs at Kevin's and is a package in the community |
| Kai | Manager: reviews what happens in the business, condenses it into cases and drives Kevin's decisions. No specialist tasks, no approvals. | runs at Kevin's, not yet a package |
| Peter | Bookkeeper: screens receipts in the accounting interface, sets receipt types and matches card statements. | runs at Kevin's, not yet a package |
| Falk | Red teamer: looks for security gaps in Kevin's systems before someone else does, and delivers findings plus a fix. | runs at Kevin's, not yet a package |
| Ronny | HR and methodology: makes sure every piece of feedback lands permanently in the affected employee's file, and onboards new ones. | runs at Kevin's, not yet a package |
Thirteen roles have their own page because I can show real work results for them. Ronny works in the background on everyone else's quality and gets a page of his own later.
Frequently asked questions about the AI team
How do I build myself an AI employee?
You start with a single recurring task: invoices, inbox, one research step. You brief Claude once, properly, let it ask what it needs to know about your business, and train it on real tasks. Getting started needs no code, right inside the Claude app.
How many AI employees do you need at the start?
One. For a task that costs you time every week. Only once the first job runs repeatably does the next one join. Introduce several roles at once and you lose track before the first job even runs cleanly.
What does an AI employee cost per month?
That depends on your Claude subscription and how much you automate, not on a fixed price per employee. Worked examples are in the linked cost article. This page is about the roles, not the billing.
Can you have AI agents built for a company?
Yes, that's the technical implementation. The difference to this page: an agent is a building block, an AI employee is the management perspective on top of it, with a name, a personnel file and a recurring task.
What is the difference between an AI employee and an AI agent?
An AI agent is the technical process that operates tools. An AI employee is a permanent role: it has a personnel file, fixed limits, and gets trained instead of re-prompted for every task. The technology underneath can be exactly the same; what matters is how you manage it.
