My AI employee
Anton drafts your offer as a PDF, in your own design. Once a client says yes, he creates the contact, offer and invoice as a draft in your accounting tool.
Anton runs in my own business and is also available as a ready-made AI employee package in the Claude Practitioners community, where you hire him for your own business.
Anton is a downloadable AI employee who turns an initial conversation into an offer PDF in your design and your voice, and once a client says yes, creates the contact, offer and invoice as a draft in Lexware Office, or through a self-built adapter for your own tool. You always review and send it yourself, nothing leaves the system without your click.
A real workday
Since no real client project has gone through Anton yet, there are no numbers from a real assignment. The evidence is the worked-through practice case from the course, trained on a fictional client, Mrs. Sommer.
Mrs. Sommer
Practice case
Individual coaching
Building block
around 2,500 euros
Budget signal
In the practice case, Anton receives an inquiry with a leadership topic and time pressure, "before October", with an open budget. Instead of guessing a price, he suggests targeted follow-up questions. In the conversation review, he identifies the need for individual leadership coaching, a budget signal of "up to two and a half, I'd have to sleep on it", the confirmation "offer by the end of next week", and an open point, possible employer co-funding.
For the actual build, he picks the individual coaching building block, stays within the 2,500-euro signal, and delivers the offer PDF together with a reasoning memo. He recalculates the totals himself, net, VAT, gross, and checks the finished PDF page by page as an image for line breaks and special characters before it reaches me. These numbers are course material with a fictional person, not numbers from my own business.
The tools
Anton has his own course in my community, 13 lessons, that shows exactly this chain:
- An offer building-block system, trained on 5 to 10 old offers instead of prompt tinkering.
- An onboarding journal that stores feedback permanently and reads it back into every new offer.
- The Lexware Office API, to create contact, offer and invoice as a draft, with HTTP responses as a signal whether the plan is sufficient.
- For anyone without Lexware Office: an adapter path for a custom connection, with the same safety pattern: everything a draft, one test draft before going live.
What he can't do, where I approve
- Anton drafts, I approve. No offer and no invoice leaves the system without my click.
- The invoice is always created in the accounting tool, never as a loose PDF. Sequential numbering, GoBD immutability and e-invoice formats such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD are handled by Lexware Office, not by Anton.
- He never finalizes on his own. Even if pushed, he first names the consequences, final invoice number, immutability, and wants a clear yes from me.
- Without a price source, he sets no price. If he finds two different prices for the same service in the materials, he lists both with their source and asks, instead of averaging.
- API access requires a matching Lexware plan. If the connection test returns HTTP 402 or 403, the plan needs clarifying first.
The path: build it yourself or load the template
Standard: build it yourself
The entry point is my learning path: Learning Claude, then the process for hiring an employee, then the actual build. Three things make Anton's concept special: training from old offers instead of prompt tinkering, an onboarding journal that stores feedback permanently, and a hard GoBD boundary that is never crossed.
Premium: ready-made template
Anton is exclusively a ready-made package in the community: Standard ($9 a month) means building it yourself, Premium ($45 a month) means loading Anton's finished employee folder with 13 lessons and adapting it to your own business. As of September 19, 2026, prices in US dollars per Skool.
Frequently asked questions about Anton
Can AI really write offers?
Yes, when it's trained: Anton learns from old offers and pricing documents instead of writing freely. He turns that into an offer PDF in your own design, recalculates the totals himself, and checks the result page by page before it reaches me. Without a price source, he sets no price and asks instead.
Can AI also create invoices?
Anton creates invoices as a draft inside the accounting tool, usually Lexware Office, never as a loose PDF. Sequential numbering, GoBD immutability and e-invoice formats are handled by the tool. Finalizing only happens after explicit approval, Anton names the consequences beforehand.
How do you connect AI to Lexware Office?
Through the Lexware Office API, which requires a matching plan. A connection test shows via the HTTP response whether access works; HTTP 402 or 403 means the plan needs clarifying first. Anyone not using Lexware Office builds their own connection through an adapter path with the same safety pattern.
When does the e-invoice mandate take effect?
Anton's course, as of July 2026, assumes a staggered rollout in 2027 and 2028. This page offers no legal advice of its own, only the course's stated status at that date. For the current status and exact deadlines, checking independently is worthwhile.
Does the e-invoice mandate also apply to small businesses?
Per Anton's course status, July 2026, the obligation to receive e-invoices generally applies to small businesses too, with their own transition periods. This is course status, not legal advice from this page. For a binding assessment in your specific case, an independent check is recommended.
