Claude Training for Teams

I train teams in small and medium-sized businesses in working with Claude: in daily work with projects, skills, and good instructions, and with Claude Code for technical teams. That includes the questions worth settling before you start: which data may go into Claude and which rules and approvals apply in the team. What I show comes from my own work: I run my business with fourteen AI employees and build such employees for companies, for example for a tax advisory firm. We tailor content and depth to you, as a training or as a workshop on your own tasks, on site at your company or remotely. The price is on request.

Who trains you

I am Kevin Welter. I started out as an IT specialist apprentice, studied computer science, and have supported companies with their digital systems for more than ten years. Today I work with AI employees built on Claude every day, and I build AI employees for companies that run processes on autopilot. So I do not show you what AI can do in theory, but what holds up in daily work and where it fails.

  • AI employees for companies: at a tax advisory firm, the tax assessments and click payrolls run on autopilot, plus introductory workshops so the team can use AI day to day
  • AI workforce: my own AI employees for website, SEO, bookkeeping, social media, and more, documented openly including their mistakes
  • Community: host of two communities on leading AI employees, one in German and AI Employee Framework in English
  • Speaker: talks and workshops for decision-makers, trained at the GSA Akademie

Who the Claude training is for

  • Office teams who want to use Claude safely and sensibly in daily work, for texts, research, quotes, and analyses.

  • Management and team leads who want to settle before the start which plan fits, which data may go into Claude, and which rules apply in the team.

  • Development teams who want to build faster with Claude Code without giving up control of their code.

It is meant for teams in small and medium-sized businesses, not as a tool show: we work on your real tasks so that something sticks in daily work after the training.

What your team learns in the Claude training

You can request a single topic or combine several; we agree on scope and depth beforehand.

Claude in daily work
Good instructions: how your team uses Claude for texts, research, quotes, and analyses, and how to check results before they leave the company. Background: Using Claude Well: Six Habits.
Projects and skills
Set up recurring work once: projects with their own knowledge and instructions, skills as work instructions that apply from then on, with templates that last. Start with How to Use Claude Projects Right.
Claude Code for technical teams
Slicing tasks, steering context, subagents, hooks and MCP, review and tests, so the team stays in control of the code. Start with Claude Code: A Guide for Beginners.
Claude and data protection in practice
Which data may go into Claude, the right settings, and rules for the team. Practical knowledge, not legal advice.
From chat to AI employee
How a chat becomes an employee with a role, rules, memory, and approvals, one that starts a process on its own, finishes it, and reports back. Modeled on my own workforce and on the AI employees I build for companies. More under AI employees.

Claude training, Claude Academy, or community?

There are several ways to learn Claude. They serve different purposes and do not rule each other out.

Claude Academy
Anthropic's free online courses for fundamentals and concepts, with completion badges after passing a quiz. Good for anyone who wants to learn alone and at their own pace: Claude Academy.
Claude certification
According to Anthropic, its paid, proctored exams are open only to people who work at organizations in the Claude Partner Network. For most small and medium-sized businesses, the Academy badge is therefore the credential within reach. Details in Claude Courses: What Exists, What's Worth It.
Community
Exchange with others who lead AI employees, and questions about your own case, ongoing rather than on one date. Good for anyone who wants to keep going after learning. More under Community.
Claude training for teams
The whole team on the same level, working on your own tasks, with your plan, your data, and your rules. Good when several people in a business introduce Claude together.

The training is not an Anthropic offering, does not award an Anthropic certificate, and does not prepare for the certification exam. Information on the Academy and certification as of November 1, 2026.

How a training works

  1. 1

    Initial call

We clarify who takes part, which Claude plan you use or plan to use, and what the team should be able to do afterwards.

  2. 2

    Tailoring

I put the topics together and prepare exercises, for a workshop based on your own tasks.

  3. 3

    Delivery and follow-up

Training or workshop in the agreed format, then answers to open questions.

What the training is not

The training makes your team confident in working with Claude. It is not an implementation project in itself and not legal advice. How I put processes on autopilot with AI employees is described under Process optimization. For a broader introduction to AI, including tools other than Claude, there is the AI training.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Claude training take?

That depends on the topics and your team's level. In the initial call, I suggest a duration that fits your goals.

Is the training on site or remote?

Both are possible: I come to you, or we work remotely. Much of it happens remotely, and I am happy to offer on-site dates. We clarify location and travel in the initial call.

What prior knowledge does my team need?

None for Claude in daily work. For Claude Code, the team should be able to program and work with Git. We clarify where you stand in the initial call.

Do we need Claude Team or Enterprise for it?

Not necessarily. We clarify which plan fits you in the initial call. Claude Code requires a paid plan or API access.

Do we get a certificate from Anthropic?

No. The training is not an Anthropic offering and does not end with an Anthropic certification. Anthropic itself offers free courses with completion badges in the Claude Academy; according to Anthropic, the certification exams are open only to people who work at organizations in the Claude Partner Network (as of November 1, 2026).

Isn't the free Claude Academy enough?

For fundamentals and concepts it is a good start and costs nothing. But it does not know your tasks, data, and rules. That is exactly where the training comes in: on your own workflows, with your plan and your approvals.

How is it different from the AI training?

The AI training covers AI in general, from fundamentals and automation to local models. The Claude training focuses on Claude and Claude Code, for teams that use Claude or want to introduce it.

What does a Claude training cost?

I quote the price after the initial call, depending on duration, group size, and format.
