AI Training and Workshops for Teams
I train teams and management in working with AI: from the fundamentals and Claude in daily work to AI employees that take over real tasks. What I show comes from my own work, because I run my business with a workforce of AI employees. We tailor content and depth to you, as a training or as a workshop on your own tasks, on site at your company or remotely.
Who trains you
I am Kevin Welter. I started out as an IT specialist apprentice, studied computer science, and have supported companies with their digital systems for more than ten years. Today I work with AI employees built on Claude every day. So I do not show you what AI can do in theory, but what holds up in daily work and where it fails.
- AI workforce: my own AI employees for website, SEO, bookkeeping, social media, and more, documented openly including their mistakes
- Community: host of the Claude Practitioners community for entrepreneurs and teams who work with Claude
- Speaker: talks and workshops for decision-makers, trained at the GSA Akademie

Who the training is for
Management and team leads who need to decide where AI helps the company and where classic automation is the better choice.
Office teams who want to use Claude or ChatGPT safely and sensibly in daily work, for texts, research, quotes, and analyses.
Development teams who want to build faster with Claude Code without giving up control of their code.
It is not meant as a tool show: we work on your real tasks so that something sticks in daily work after the training.
Topics to choose from
You can request a single topic or combine several; we agree on scope and depth beforehand.
- AI fundamentals for teams
- What generative AI can and cannot do, why it makes mistakes, how to check results, and which data may go into which tool. Fits as a measure for AI literacy under Art. 4 of the AI Act, more in AI Literacy Under the AI Act: Training Staff.
- Claude in daily work
- Projects, skills, and good instructions: how your team uses Claude for texts, research, quotes, and analyses, with templates that last. Start with How to Use Claude Projects Right.
- Claude Code for developers
- Slicing tasks, steering context, subagents, hooks and MCP, review and tests, so the team stays in control of the code. Start with Claude Code: A Guide for Beginners.
- Building AI employees
- How a chat becomes an employee with a role, rules, memory, and approvals, modeled on my own workforce. More under AI employees.
- Automating processes with AI
- First understand the workflow, then decide what classic automation handles and where AI really helps. More under Process optimization.
- AI strategy for decision-makers
- An overview without technical details: where AI creates value in a company, where it does not, and which risks, costs, and team questions come with it.
- AI and data protection in practice
- Which data may go into which tool, the right settings, and rules for the team. Practical knowledge, not legal advice; background in Claude Privacy and GDPR: What Applies.
- Local AI models
- When open source models on your own hardware pay off and what they can do today. Background in Open Source AI Models Compared.
Training or workshop
Training
I teach the selected topics in a structured way, with exercises based on examples from your daily work. Good for teams that want to get to the same level together.
Workshop
We work on your own workflows, for example on templates for quotes and emails, on a first AI employee, or on the question of which process pays off first. Good for teams that already work with AI and want to get further.

- Format
- on site at your company or remotely
- Group size
- by arrangement
- Language

How a training works
- 1
Initial call
We clarify who takes part, which tools you use, and what the team should be able to do afterwards.
- 2
Tailoring
I put the topics together and prepare exercises, for a workshop based on your own tasks.
- 3
Delivery and follow-up
Training or workshop in the agreed format, then answers to open questions.
What the training is not
The training makes your team confident in working with AI. It is not legal advice and not a project in which I rebuild your workflows. If you want support with implementation afterwards, Process optimization and AI employees explain how I work. If you want to start on your own, begin with Creating an AI Employee: How to Start.
Frequently asked questions
How long does an AI training take?
That depends on the topics and your team's level. In the initial call, I suggest a duration that fits your goals.
Is the training on site or remote?
Both are possible: I come to you, or we work remotely. Much of it happens remotely, and I am happy to offer on-site dates. We clarify location and travel in the initial call.
What prior knowledge does my team need?
None for the fundamentals. For Claude Code, the team should be able to program and work with Git. We clarify where you stand in the initial call.
Is the training enough for AI literacy under the AI Act?
Art. 4 of the AI Act requires measures that fit your tools and tasks, but no certificate and no specific training. A training can be one such measure. What the law requires in detail is explained in AI Literacy Under the AI Act: Training Staff; it does not replace legal advice.
Do we work with Claude or with ChatGPT?
My focus is Claude, because my own work runs on it. The fundamentals apply to all common tools; which ones you use, we clarify in the initial call.
What does an AI training cost?
I quote the price after the initial call, depending on duration, group size, and format.
